only one 500 ml water bottle serves between journey lko to ndls and additional bottle serves @ 10/- per bottle. but as per Indian railways rules one 500 ml bottle serves for 5 hrs journey, if the journey above 5 hrs the railways provide 1 ltr bottle. why railways charge extra charges for water? kindly explain.

toilets were very dirty and unhygienic. when reported to attendant his answer was' it is toilet not a kitchen ' , which was very shocking to me

watter should be provide If any passanger ask for more than one bottle especially during Summer season.But over all every thing is alright.

Try to reach the destination on time with good quality of food and try to maintain ac in good condition. Taking full money from customers and giving third class service.

Food quality is worst.No change in Menu, the same paneer curry, dal and thick rice for last so many years is served. What railway department is doing?

At least tea should be provided for Lucknow to Kanpur passengers. Glucose drink is a joke making fool to public. Should be changed to some appropriate drink.

its only train to travel with bit comfort from Lucknow to New Delhi. But lot of interventions are required to make it truly comfortable....

Experience is really horrible in terms of punctuality.Today Train reached to NDLS almost 19 hrs late.Even after this the train is said to premium..and qualifies the dynamic pricing.

The laptop/mobile charging point was not functioning. Food provided included veg Dal in Non veg meal. The quality was not that great as was the price of ticket. Not worth travelling instead would prefer flight next time.

food quality is not upto tje mark as they serve differently from the menu of irctc. i feel very dissappointed by the facility providing by irctc
