While booking i have been asked for food options ,then at that particular time I had ticked on food to be given in the journey. So now views for this is not good especially for the tea and biscuits which were provided in the train. IRCTC should check and verify whether food price was included in the ticket or not. They have asked us to pay the money for the tea, because as per the staff it was not included in the ticket. However this was not a case we don't get any options to choose whether we need food or not while booking tickets.

सबसे खराब एक्सपीरियंस रहा मेरा शताब्दी एक्सप्रेस में.... सभी सीट्स पर खाना, पानी, आइसक्रीम दी गई और मुझे मना कर दिया की आपका नाम लिस्ट में नही है, जबकि इसी ट्रेन में C-10 कमोर्टमेंट में मेरी फैमिली थी उन्हे खाना दिया गया था

Constant noise in the cabin. Seems like AC components was broken and making loud noise. Asked for a change of food from non veg to veg if possible and the guy started asking for tip as if he made the whole food.

Felt like l have boarded a passenger train, no importance of public's time, almost 2hr 45 min . delayed.

Toilets were stinking badly. The smell of urination was coming in the coaches when gates were opened. Unbelievable... Trains like GATIMAAN having such a major problem and causing inconvenience to passengers.

Good quality food, toilets are not very much clean,hospitality by staff was very good. All over it was a good experience.

food not even delivered...i waited for 2 hrs..but at last u canceled the order. i even not purchased frm station...this is my first tym..with your service.
i had called travel khanna executive he given wrong info abt food.
pathetic service.
this confirmtkt app is good but when we are booking food through this, some responsibility must lay on u also

Cleaning and toilet doors was not properly locked. It was damaged in C3 coach. Bearth should be neat and clean before the passenger arrive.

It's good train to travel for sort distance in minimum time , the food was good and hygienic. Overall very good .
