worst application in my life and travelling.RAC is not confirmed by TT we have to travel by sitting with my family and children in future please cancel RAC quota in railway only give confirm ticket any query call me on 8310837942

worst food I got from irctc people I have paid 180rs for 1plate chapathi and 1 veg biryani chapathi was getting smell and rice was not boiled at all worst people they don't have cleaning in food never book food in irctc or from inside train selling people

The toilet is dirty, foul-smelling, and lacks water supply/tissue/soap. It has not been cleaned for a long time, making it unusable and inconvenient for passengers. This is a serious hygiene issue, especially for elderly and children on board. I request immediate action to ensure proper cleanliness and maintenance of the train toilets. Please arrange for a cleaning staff to address this issue at the earliest. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

its truly not good method of issuing waiting list tickets at window, because the confirmed seat passangers restraining to travel waitlisted passangers. pls frame the rules of IRCTC about waitlisted and confirm seat passangers both.

The train was good but my ticket was on RAC and the passenger with whom I had to share the breath had two kids so I has requested the TC to arrange for a seat he said he will adjust somewhere but he didnt turn up which was not at all good.

Train interior was great but the beding and spread used by previous passanger was still there from the broading. Response for the service was to late. People started to pull the chain and so the train started late from the destination. Some random beggar came to Clean the coach.

all other things are good except toilet service. You supposed to provide one mug with chain in toilet after completing WC we require water with mug. So please do the needful. I'm traveling with S2 coach but there is no mug provided inside the toilet. So requesting you to provide the same.

My suggestion is since you have provided mobile charging points, please also provide just below that mobile slots so that it can be stored there while charging in all trains throughout India, which will facilitate the passengers, instead of hanging from the chargi g points.

Extremely poor service while booking tickets. I strongly suggest to stop Confirm TKT agency to accept bookings from public. They NEVER respond on telephone. All executives are busy. So please call again. This is the continuous recording whenever you call them at 3 pm or at 5 pm or at 11 pm

1) No pantry car is available. 2) Reservation is considered as general boogie only, people come ask for sitting sit ...get down ... again same continues....had a very bad experience.....I slept till mrng...den after 8am to 4pm...till train arrived Pune. I had to sit..

Even unreserved passenger's are being entertained in the reservation compartment and the Ticket Examiner is not bothered to send them to unreserved class even repeated reminders to him. If clearly indicates that he is being bribed by the unreserved passenger's. Strict discipline to be adhered in future to help the reserved passengers to travel smoothly. It is a humble request. Train 11302. 4.6.2017. From BNC TO PUNE. SEAT 9 & 12 in S11 coach.

Rats in B2 bogie. No blankets & pillows provided for RAC passenger had to share with co-passenger. At about 2.30 AM TT was asked for complaint book but he vanished not to return. Only at 10.45 AM another TT arrived complaint book was provided & complaint given
