train was not on time why is this happening???....train was too late atleast 2hrs late ...our railways not in good magangeable hand we think so...costumers paying money for the tickets so give that kind of service please it's a request from the costumer to our railways department.

worst 3AC Experience, AC Doesn't work. and fans installed in AC coach to counter that, Cockroaches all around, worst and pathetic experience.. dirty train in fact

Sir, I took tea in the train, the rate of which was Rs 20, I gave him Rs 100, the tea seller said, you drink the tea, I will give you change and did not return my money in it, I had taken the tea in Solapur, the tea seller was white.He was wearing a shirt, he was tall and thin, I did not like his behavior, he disappeared with my 80 rupees, this is a very wrong thing, he should not have done this, I was waiting for him to come but he returned my money. Didn't take it, cheated me, I want you to take action against him

the train was 3 hrs late to the destination. my full travel plan to hampi was turned upside down cos of it. half of the day was wasted due to train running late

This Train is always dirty. AC coach doors are crowded by non AC passengers and bedsheets are always smelly and dirty. I had travelled numerous times but no changes even by many such feedbacks.

Not travelled and not got refund also. Cancelled the ticket 8 hours before journey still no refund. Very bad experience with confirmtkt.

Such a Pathetic Train and the Service, why the hell passengers are not known if the trains are Cancel/Running from different stations. Why the passengers has to survive. My Mom and brother spent 8hr at stations hoping any alternative options but no options was available. Unhappy with the Services

Overcrowded, just four sleeper coaches and no place to sit and relax. People with confirmed seats will have lot of problems with their seats.

More rush on that train nd peoples are sleeping in the middle space of the walking area ticket collectore has no argue to this people who sleep in the middle space of that train and u can say bogi.... Our ticket is not confirmed then they convert into RAC so why im paying for 4 seats nd available for only 2 seats so this is worst service in that express u must improve the cleaning nd other things

Solapur Platform no. of arriving train is announced just before the train time which created mess for all passengers. it should be well planed in advance to avoid such situation.
