लूट मार मचा रखी है गरीब आदमियों का पैसा खा रहे हैं टिकट कैंसिल करने का भी पैसा लेते हैं और ट्रेन कैंसिल हो जाती है फिर भी पैसा वापस नहीं करते हैं और ट्रेन का टिकट कैंसिल होता है रेलवे कैंसिल करता है ट्रेन को फिर भी पैसा पूरा वापस नहीं देते हैं कट करके देते हैं यात्री को बहुत परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ रहा है कोई भी मीडिया चैनल इसको नहीं दिख रहा है किसान आंदोलन कर रहे हैं पत्तियों पर बैठे हैं इसके विषय कोई ध्यान नहीं दिया जा रहा सब मिलकर के खा रहे हैं देश को लूट रहे हैं लुटेरे

Toilet facilities should be equal.. as Zet spray..
reservation Birth should be allocated to confirmed ticket passenger only.
food quality needs to improve. Food we found very pathetic and teste less.. Rest train part is good, clean, no water problem now,

बिल्कुल बकवास ट्रेन है। रिजर्वेशन कोच में विनि टिकट के यात्री सफर कर रहे थे। टीटी का कुछ भी पता नहीं था। बडे बडे भक्कू आमने सामने की सीट के बीच रख कर रास्ता ब्लाक कर उस पर ही सो गये। और ट्रेन को गंदा कर रहे थे। आपस में झगडा भी कर रहे थे। बहुत परेशानी का सामना करना पडा। इस ट्रेन को - माईनस में रेटिंग देना चाहिए

according to me, jhelum express 11077 is one of the worst trains of India. with malodorous bathroom and even the smell also enters into the cabins. Coming to the punctuality of the train it never comes on time , it always come with a delay of 30-40 mins. such a bad experience

not much clean, smell in washrooms, few cockroaches found. before chalisgaon station, the coach attended was sleeping, my sister has problem in foot so she can't walk much, but attendent didn't weak up and said to go in next coach and open the door, he again got slept

Aatader not panctual.The passages Not satsafi for service. Handtawal not provide. Mobile charging point Not Available.Side lower seat not comfortable for sleeping. Pillows quality very bad.

mathura ke pass letrins ka water Khatam hua. bad me pani kahi nahi braa gya. so pls care this topic.long way hone ke karn hr kisi ko letrin ya bathroom jana Hota hai.pentnry car ke logo se bola to woh kehte ye hamaari duty nahi hai.

Cleanliness and food service was convenient but the train got late by 3 hours. I don't know the reason why it got late but because of this I reached home late night and i suffered a lot in getting autos.

seating plan was not set seriously. I was travelling with my wife, both sr. citizens.The seat allotted no.4 and 52 right across coach. we couldn't relax.Other passengers do not cooperate.
on other side train.Train coach plan show different coach plan
for 11077.We were no where near to our coach.Where ever lots of monkey troubled us at the plateform no 1 at Raja ki mandi.
I had a very bad experience.

No railway police on duty all the times. In train stops at every station that's the only reason of that public suffered from Soo many issues.even my parents were traveling in this train they lost their purse with 15000cash amount and all documents. If train department make strict rules that no body allowed in the train without reservation than it may be reduce.

Jhelum sleepers quality degrading day by day. anyone sleeps anywhere....I mean they slept across bathrooms, someone else's seat and ask them just for 10 Minutes to sleep little more but they are jerks. TT doesn't come in time to check tickets. Atleast it's on time!!!!
11078 doesn't arrive on time.
time is essential it's money because we have important jobs and because of delay we are left behind.

The train is in a very dirty condition also there were a group of people whi were drinking alcohol n were troubling everyone even after complaining there was no action taken. Being a female its really unsafe for us to travel
