Worst experience of wrong prediction on confirmed ticket I lost my train journey. I booked flight ticket because of you and paid extra amount from my budget. If your accuracy was right I would have taken another decision that day

very poor service by indian railway so rush in train you can't tthought. we had withdrawn ticket on 19th january 2023 and my other relative withdrawn 15th march confirm in same train but my ticket still in RAC whenever 2 senior include in this pNR. Please see the matter

When I entered my compartment, I became bit confused to see the rush inside. When I saw the widows, I became sure that it is 3rd AC. Train became late for 4 hours. I carried my food, hence can't comment on food quality.

hum ne ac ka payment kiya magar itna paise dena ka baad bhi sleeper jaise rush tha aur hum 2audlt 2child ka ticket tha fir bhi RAC HUYA aur baki kuch seat brocker log vip kota ka naam ek seat 2 station pe bata hai magar ek confirm tickets hum family ko nhi mila .. apko online ticket confirm nhi kar sakte hai too tax aur others charge q leta ho .. so bad service

es train ka bathroom bhut hi ganda tha andar jane ka man nahi karta hai.. andar bhut sara pani hai... khana ke naam par bhut hi ganda khana khilate hai aur price koi limit nahi hai passenger dekh kar paisa lete hai. ... bhut sari khamiya hai andar phir bhi mera bharat mahan..

इस ट्रेन में काफी ज्यादा भीड़ रहती है या ट्रेन बिहार से आती है काफी भरकर और जो स्टेशन रात में आते हैं उनके लिए पब्लिक दरवाजा नहीं खुलती है जैसे कि अगर आपको गाजीपुर सिटी से ट्रेन पकड़नी है या आप Aunrihar से ट्रेन पकड़ना चाहते हैं तो पब्लिक गेट के यहां पर सोती रहती है और वह दरवाजा बंद किए रहते हैं इस ट्रेन में गंदगी भी काफी होती है इसका कारण यह है कि ट्रेन जरूरत से ज्यादा भीड़ रहती है स्लीपर क्लास बिल्कुल चालू की तरह रहता है

Train runnig three and half hou rs late ,your self decide punctuality,from my side I shall give zero star. The train having so much bad punctuality, I have not travelled and I Will never travel by such train

at least increase AC coaches my father who was 82 year old not get seat in AC this happened every time we never get confirm ticket bez of this my mother she is 80 year old not able to travel. very bad condition of 2nd class specialy toilet are very dirty. many years are gone but condition of Up railway from Mumbai to Balliya never improved also only 1 direct train available. please do something.

We want less than one star to Indian railways. Because only here train let more than 20 hours. This train start let first 2:30 let ticket not cancelled because rule more than 3:00 hours but train start 3:30 hours let and status not showing that train 3:30 hours let before departure the train and now this train let approx 12:00 hours. Can you tell me what no you give him ? Thanks to Indian politics..........

there are so many problems for confirmation ticket user because according to my experience one customer having confirmation ticket also same seat or coch another customer having written slip by given railway authority on that so many disputes between two customers. also security issues
