Too much halts of this train.a.c coaches outdoor mirrors were very dirty.indoor mirros were not cleaned.this train journey like a travelling in a.c passenger train.everywhere halt of this train.washrooms not cleaned properly.we are paying too much money for travelling in comfort zone but indian railways not provided proper facilities to passengers

There is no food in the Trin And Train 2Ac Is lookung Like General Coach including me avery Passenger who sit on the coach is dissappointed with this performance of the train...The only part i like is it Reached in Time

it's SL koach feeling like a General bogi all General passanger are travelling in this SL coach uncomfortable to travel because it's to rush only general coach passanger are travelling in this train no body even TC no.check in train in night time all the time general passanger troubling the othe passanger yeiling to much noise quaraling each other's

No TT from CST. TT came in our coach almost after 12hrs. Train was worst than a local train in Mumbai. Ppl boarded the reservation compartment even without ticket. Unhygenic washrooms the entire compartment was stinking. Cockroaches all arnd. Housekeeping comesthe next afternoon. Had to pay extra 5 rupees for every purchase of water bottle excuse given was that the train doesn't have a pantry. Overall a loot. Most pathetic train. If u have a separate A/c compartment might as well have a separate compartment alloted for tatkal n Premier tatkal as well. Had faced lots of issues.

Train was 6 hours late. I tried to cancel tickets but it was giving error.
Contacted to Railway department, but they said bookings were online, they can't do anything.
never use this app for booking.

It's very bad experience to me when I am travelled to such bad type of train.
Local passenger having general ticket allow to this train and luggage of banana leaves inside it from poor people..

totally uncleaned train...but it's not the fault of indian railways, actuly passengers made it unclean. passengers should also take the responsibility of national property. there should be strict rules for passengers without reservation. public with general ticket also traveling in reservation couch which was uncofortable, then what is the use of doing reservation.

very very worst experience, 14 hrs delay and I had to cancel my trip Indian railway should be scrapped off. charging hefty charges and giving less comfort to passengers. poor ticket booking facility. I would rate it zero if possible.

train timing train is too late 3 hours. so i leave the train and bybus to come punjab.
i dont like railway system.
current reservation windows r closed , agent sitting outside the window sleeper class tickt 230rs he was charge me 1300rs

please do something about blanket and bedsheets. because it's created more dust so this one is harmful for us. may be in future it will create breathing problems who is use raikway more like me.
