I was upgraded from S2 to B2 upper birth. It is very very difficult to go up and down as my side of "stairs" was there but on the opposite side was nothing to get balance. I had to hold my pee as I was unable to go down and after trying for 5 mins I was down but again I had the hurdle to go up once again, where I almost slipped... It was quite a scare. Normally I do not face this issue but this time it is the worst.

said ticket not given you have gave us upper birth due to our age 59&wife 57 was not comfortable, please request next time you should allot us lowerbirth/seat, Teahawkers in a/c compartment & unknown person comes requlary disturbing

the timing it was showing on 4th August 0:15 at Thane which actually has departed a day ago and still in app it was showing upcoming journey which caused me financial loss and also struggled while travelling next time please mention it carefully especially the time and date train 11042 &11027

Trains are more often late than on time. This is one area where the railways must make an honest attempt to ensure their trains are on time at every station.

I have suggested lower berth for physical problems,but seat available than I have provided middle berth..
one option please added in seat reservation option.. like physically berth for lower position than I have selected...
all of stupidity..
now problem was how can seat in middle berth for some physical problems

genral compertment passenger r all jorney in reservations compertment TT and RPF nothing doing duty and not check a ticket to much problem facing this time and toilet all so not clean and no water in tank plz do action i m jornry from cst Mumbai to Chennai to much facing a problem and pantry man r sale a water bottle 20 rs bt rate its 15 rs he charge 5 rs more extra but y ???? i need u take some action thats it

Bad when i first book i have some problem means i cancel but refund amount is give only 80 out of 990 is this fare next time book means it charges 1035 this is not good

Old 2AC compartment to be replaced immediately as there is no western style toilet. Travellers like me, senior citizen finds very difficult to accommodate. Further only one mobile charger socket for all 6 persons. Due to present automation digital life more sockets to be fixed.

train ticket not confiram on time so i m very upset..and your company get booking charges thats true but callation charges getanother extra charges thats not good...so totaly experince is very bad for this app...thank you

Do these reviews really matters?? And pls never ask about punctuality pls.. I was landed from UK to Mumbai and had the train to solapur.. And it took me longer than UK journey.. Shitt system seriously.. We are nowhere.. Food quality?? Pls go. And random check the kitchen and food quality.. Train quality was not that bad.. Overall not satisfied being a tax payer and the citizen of the country.. Thanks

No safety and secure for travel in sleeper class.Open drugs and alcohol drinking by group of people and distrubing others.No on board security gaurds or police.Ticket collectors are themself in trouble due to this kind of activities.

very old coach , leakages ,
patches on cushiones ,
too bad experience
I order to travel khana @ solapur but not delivered food...
no proper and sufficient light...
3 tier sleeper passengers are used A1's toilets , so toilets getting bad smells....
white napkins quality is not good they are very old and poor....
Overall nagarcoil express is very old version..
now it's time to change the rack , all coaches....
