Railway ghate me kyon jaa rahi hai aur gardi to 2 train ke barbar hai. Cleanliness is not there. The washroom is very dirty. we haven't used the washroom due to dirty

In reserved compartment mostly without ticket or general ticket passengers traveled. They capture toilet ,hand wash open area, space between foot area and in-between seats. we can not go for toilet also. Mainly problem with ladies and kids. They can not go for toilet. If we request the people to leave space they are not listening. TT also not saying any thing and no one come for security checking. Not comfortable if you traveling with family.

Very poor punctuality & poor food quality. They are not producing IRCTC RATE CHART on demand & charging Rs 70.00 for Egg - Biriyani.
