very bad condition of coaches,no cleaning,no toiletries, bed sheets and pillows are all used,dirty Attendant said it's availed by Railway.
it is very bad impression of modified IRCTC control.

last train was badlapur problem ....on track 6 hours stop....and return to kalyan to panvel via kolhapur....very very slow that's wise 60 % passenger return to home please ticket money refund...

2ac is just for a name wht the hell is going on can't understand so much hawkers sellers so much noise can't even take rest. kindly look into this matter Its a humble request to higher authority to pls look into this. the toilet was so Dirty broken flooring flush not working no proper care is taken regarding this it should be maintained as it's our name of Indian railways people coming from outside will laugh on this that no cleanliness not even 1person have concern to look into this dirty curtain dirty pillow cover it's a matter to look into concern about this n have a solution

the train is new so its very clean and good , AC is chilled you also get blowers on every seat with a reading lamp . overall a good train 👍

The toilets of the Chair Car bogie C1 was in a very very pathetic conditions.....There was no water in the toilets... Both the toilets were dirty..... Pls ensure that the toilets are clean and enough water are filled in the water tanks because the train will be going up to Kolhapur....

The train was late from the source station by 2 hrs 30 minutes. It was reached at the destination at 10.10 PM it was late around 4 Hours. Very bad experience

The train was cancelled between CSMT TO pune in and I was told to travel between pune to satara only. Hence I cancelled my.tickets and still a cancellation fee of Rs.100/- was charged.wow . I expect and deserve a full refund because I am forced to cancel this ticket
You people deserve 0 stars. Since there is no alternative to railway for cheap and fast transport, we have to just accept policy decision of Indian Railways.

A/C wasn't running in good condition as well train late by 33 minutes and always experiencing the same. Well to be honest allotment of seats are random which isn't acceptable though booking done before so many days. Window seat preference is asked but not even a single is given. Food and vendor are worst quality which not even a beggar would have it. Pathetic service by IR. Sir please take IR seriously as it's need of time now. Dint underestimate the public.
