better to stop the train or stop permanently RAC system taking full money with without any service no security no service waste of time energy and Pride we were very much uncomfortable must be only waiting list system from waiting only confirm others cancel don't trouble people with like this cheeting system better refund my money

train was on time but no cleaning at all toilet was choked no water in toilets lots of unreserved passengers in reserved compartments, no action was taken since many complaints were made. avoid this train n have peaceful journey

very bad experience. No snacks supply during travel. train delayed two hours for two hours journey. worst train service.

service is goodwestern toilet light is off no link coachmitra mb messege so very problem.h/p person is difficult

Mice were found underneath berths, even inside Boggie's body, many mice were making noise,& also mosquito are inside cabin's, 2nd ac Boggie's shake a lot , feels like sitting in general class, birth are broken, also cockroaches were found under berths , toilets are not cleaned & they stink very badly.

Seats were dusty. Dustbins should be available to discard things rather than throwing things outside window.

general compartment people also get inside the confirmed coaches and creates problem when seat is not given even though when we have confirmed tickets

no water in toilets cushion of seats is bad water is leaking in toilets already late when it starts by 2.25 hrs but reached pune by 3.45 hrs late, and upto renigunta by 7.27 hrs late, Horrible Horrible, we have lost eAccomodation advance booking of Rs.1200/- as edarshan advance booking at Tirupati like wise so many people had same issue. It's unbelievable to all of us.so many people facing trouble in tirupati n tirumala. 1 or 2 hr late is ok but 7-8hrs late in traveling time of 17 hrs ???????

RAC tickets of a Senior Citizen. not confirmed even booked in advance Confirmed Ticket was shown right from the beginning for giving wrong information (SHAME ) please don't this at least for Senior Citizen

Firstly would appreciate A&Z Services they did a good job in timely cleanliness not happy with blankets n pillows door was making noise need to take care of maintainence Ac was not that cool need to relook on the same

worst exp..Ac not cooling..Water not there in Washroom..no pantry service..blankets which were used were given.no hygienic..door was cracking..need to look into all thiz
