Train quality is good and good step is takan by RLY for Sr. citizen by giving steps for climbing if given middle or upper birth. Regarding punctuality and food quality the train is not punctual when kokan belt starts secondly qualty is ok but not upto the mark

General ticket public travelling in the SL class which should be stopped. It is harassment to the people having reserved tickets. We have started our journey from Dadar but we don't see TT till Ratnagiri.

The Train Originate from Dadar .
Sharing my personal experience by tarvelling with Ac Tier , The coach was well maintained and washrooms were very clean with good sanitation n other facilities. My destination was kankavali so the Reaching time was 8.50am but the average delay was 1hr but during my journey the train was only delayed by 10min
overall the train was good

the passenger did not get sleeping properly seat. he get sitting seat.it's really disappointed that senior citizens did not get proper facilities even at train with confirm ticket

Even after getting a confirmation ticket, we didn't get the seat at all
Shame oh Indian railway. I don't think it will ever improve in the future the people with no reservation (PEOPLE WITH NO TICKETS)

Train maintainance needed as at the time of train started it's jerking too much.
and AC very down not spread cool air just like normal bogie

people were drunk and gossiping whole night, TC didn't show his face. All general reservation people were sitting all around your seat..... pathetic. ...
