I didn't expect that while traveling by 3AC would be so much unbearable and trouble......Also we Didn't get proper seating.....
Coffee & Tea Quality was also not good and was served cold.
I didn't expect this at all.

The cleaning of subways in train was not upto the mark because sweeping is to be done without sweeping the floors directly mopping was done food quality was also not good.

I am delighted to share my experience, this train met all the needs of the passangers, time to time variety of snacks and food. lavatory was very clean, they cleaned and picked the trash from us. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

The train was not on time delay by 1 hours also it was running very rashly on every break it was giving as a push medical patients were getting disturbed even their condition due to this were getting worse.

my grandmother and father were travelling on this train.. I had booked tatkal tickets and mentioned their age as my grandmother is 80 years old and my father is 58 years old but IRCTC seats provide upper and middle birth for senior citizens.. They should have at least provided one lower birth.

3rd AC Economy: the seats were good, no unreserved people, but the train got delayed by alot, the toilet was stinky with s### (brown goo) the toilet wasn't flushed neither the toilet flush was working, excellent quality of food, also the upper berth and middle berths are harder to climb and come down, there should be some sort of stairs, also the "pull to open door" wasn't working (it could be pulled but it wasn't moving to its place)and it suddenly started working when the train was gaining Speed, it hit me, be cautious, and the toilet door is just coming back and not opening while train in action.

actual final stop where the train ends whether it is a individual or not: Chhtrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus
anyway, most foodie train is true, just one last thing, a trans man (dressed up as woman) commonly found in Bombay Locals entered the train, and asked for money.

had a bad/worst experience in RAC.. the upper berth 40 passenger fights us to let them sit in RAC seat of 2 person... while they can have their confirm seat too.. is this the way passenger can have.. they told that they have both upper and lower berth seat...TC was lenient too..

food quality was very bad, this is for the first time. i have travelled many times and always enjoyed the food. chicken fried rice, chicken lolipop n chicken Manchurian was not fresh .

the app is totally flop because of the app my family member had to pay the fine and the app never confirmed that the ticket is cancelled aven after the train departed very very worse experience through app

The journey was good but many
unreserved class people entered in our sleeper class coach . That why it was difficult for us to went to toilet beacuse people were sitting inside the toilet .

TC was not co operative due to this we have to travel only in sleeping position Caz the lower birth person very erogent and he didn't give us place to sit in lower birth. TC also didn't help us
