The train was late by 5 hours and kept us wait. Despite of keeping the passengers the the train arrived was completely a mess. The seats were not cleaned full of dirt. The toilets & basins were stinking flooded with dirty water. We have paid for the tickets whatever amount is asked for SL class that doesn't mean that we are not provided facility of cleanliness. This is indeed very unhygienic and might cause health issues to the passengers.I request #westernrailway managing team to look into it seriously.
