It was a very bad experience. The train was always late for up to 5 hrs, and the expected schedule time was 12.30pm and the train reached the solapur station at 16.50

Worst train. Travelled on 31 Aug 23 and 21 September 23 this train started 2 hours late from starting station. IF RAILWAYS CAN NOT MANAGE TRAINS THEY SHOULD NOT INCREASE SUCH TRAINS.
PUNE STATION can not MANAGE platforms. Passengers are standing with luggage 🧳 on FOB till last moment to go to which platform.
On 31zt August it was late by 8 hours and am sure this SUPERFAST TRAIN will be not reach before 6 pm 1800 hours today also.
PLAN ONLY WHICH CAN BE IMPLIMENTED.
PINE SM BE SACKED FOR MISMANAGEMENT.

the train was late 7+ hours . we had to take another train to Jaipur. general compartment. 4-5 hours standing. then from jaipur , next train was also after long time. had to get bus to ajmer . waste of time and money. we neee refund
