Train got delayed for 4 hours, not sure if you would give this review to Indian Railways, but this is the truth.

The bedroll in the train was not clean the sheets we used one with lots of dirt in it ..Pillow Covers were not clean all used one and stinging covers.. Please take this Feedback as Priority Because all the passengers facing difficulty in using the Sheets .. Passengers board in AC because of the Cleanness and Comfortablity and if there is no such cleanliness Then what's the use to board In AC after paying huge amount.. I hope you understand the Concern of the Passengers and take Corrective Measures.

punctuality not ok railways doesn't care for spl trains they will be stopped unnecessarily at junctions
