Very bad experience. Train was announced to be arriving at Platform no 1 at Lonavala and suddenly 5-7 minutes before the arrival platform number was shifted to 2nd. In such rainy climate how can you expect passenger to run with luggages and change the platform. So many senior citizens with luggages. Few people slipped and fell too. Again according to given indicators for coach position the train was halted 100 meters ahead. Very worst experience. The railway employees should understand how much difficult it is with luggages and such a little time frame of 2 mins.(Halt time).

Pune deputy station master was not professionally fit to reply any valid questions. Train platform number was not updated till the last minute of arriving. Trian platform number update by 4.18pmat pune station which is very LAST few minutes to walk from platform number 1-6...kindly update the station number Atleast half an hour prior...
