4:30hr late I have reached the destination.

i feel that special trains are only to reach your destination .But not in time.It takes extra times.so my suggestion is whenever you are travelling by train ,travel through regular trains,not special train.But chance of conformation of ticket is more in spexial train.whenever travelling break journy always prefer regular running train.If you have no option then you can travel by special train.
