it's was worst experience I am taking about 3rd AC choch their was no cleaning staff no water in washroom on blankets was provided to passenger train was delayed by 11 hrs

The train time is 7:50 pm in Varanasi junction but the train reached at 11:50 pm on 06/06/20024. around 4 hours late.
no punctuality of this train. very bad 😞😞😞

The train was late by 3hrs 16 min, the coach & toilet was very dirty, there was no housekeeping staff for cleaning. Dustbin were kept opened & unrepaired. Arrival was late by 45 min.
