the train time is 6:30 pm on basti but it's a very slow and late train departure time is 6:30 pm from basti but arrival time is at basti is 2:30 am nest day.this train is very low and its responsible only train minister amd govt.of India.

My Confirmed train ticket 3AC cancelled but refund is zero .Also before train deparchar 4 hours 30 minute booked and cancelled before train deparchar 3hours 30minute.Give me my refund amount.
