waiting person ra making trouble rly shd not allowed the waiting list in reservation class plz make same arrangements for them n plz help as also wen v tell them to leave the seat they r show attitude.. n v can't do any thing

very bad experience. one person want to travel in AC, not in summer experience in compartment,why we payment higher amount for cooling. In our compartment B7 no cooling, persons suffer for heating, no TT or coach attendent help us, why we could not understand, we complaint in mobile to Allahabad control, but all is vain.Pl return our payment for this type of problems,are railmantri Mr Ashwini Vaishnav solve our problems of senior citizens.
