There was no attendant to be seen in H1 throughout the journey. Toilets were shabby, smelling. Mosquitoes in the cabin. No sanitisation. A.C was not controlled and was super chilling. Horrible experience

This is a new rake! Clean and sparkling compartment! Only problem was that there was NO Attendant in B1 Coach! Rest was just perfect. We traveled in November 2020.
