The journey is so long but there is no Pantry car in the train....the train is 10 hours late too....and also as I'm traveling in Ac 2 tier,
there is only one charging port for 6 people.....I don't know how this is fair....

Train quality very poor.
punctuality even the Train staff were getting evolve with the passenger...

Feels like travelling in a Passenger train, minimal maintenance staffs and coaches, on board theft of baggages cases all over and over crowded from Katihar Jn.

train was very dirty. The condition of toilets were pathetic, uncleaned, no soaps etc.

13 hrs late...Pls don't ever opt for a holiday special train. Go with the regular one.
