Train has been delayed over 8 hrs for now. Horrible or rather a disastrous management by the INDIAN RAILWAYS.
No proper information conveyed up until the train departs or reaches platform of the said station.
Booked the tickets well in advance at premium price for a special train and receiving services of a third class mail train.
Totally unexpectable from the INDIAN RAILWAYS.
Either stop HARRASSING people or improve the services.

very pathetic experience because many stope also train was 8 to 9 hr. late routine train was before passing but same train stay before station or any where train staying as like any foreset ant mountain area i never seen this kind

train was delayed by more than 4 hours..Indian railways hide the right updates...unable to claim my money back for the rule of train late by more than 3 hours
